2025 Breeding Plans

This is the most complicated season we've had, trying to juggle three bucks and keeping everyone in the correct pastures.  Easier said than done when you've got two junior bucks and one with a couple seasons under his belt who wants to have all the girls.  Either way, we're expected kids from two sires that we've never utilized before, which is an exciting prospect!  

Kidding season is planned to be early December for the older does, and May-June '25 for the juniors.  

If registered, kids will come with a filled out application for the buyer to complete and send into ADGA.

  • Papered Doelings - $400
  • Papered Bucklings - $400
  • Grade/Unpapered Kids - $200

We do not deliver kids.  It is the buyers responsibility to arrange transport if necessary.

Wise Farm Workhorse

Born 12/10, Clyde is a buckling I will truly be sad to see go.  If I didn't already have a full brother that is older and is already showing what he can do, I would hang onto him!

 

However, you can't keep them all, and my loss will be someone else's gain.  He is already 60# at 12 weeks and is going to bring in some good milk production and growth to your herd.

 

Wise Farm Cold One

Clyde's littermate, this buckling is one that isn't quite as growthy or thick, but certainly has that long and lean look to him that I admire.  He's not as flashy as Clyde, but is keeping up weight-wise for sure!  

 

He is one that I wish I could just hang onto and watch him blossom before I let him go, but again, you can't keep them all.

Wise Farm Orion The Hunter

Born 12/8 to my FF, this buckling is another one I wish I could just hang on to.  Both him and his twin sister are thick, growthy kids for their age and he is an absolute sweetheart.  He's the first one up to come looking for scratches and really takes a lot of good traits from his dam.

 

His dam Orchid is - as of March - milking almost 6# a day and her udder is coming along fabulously as a FF.  Her teats wing out a little, but I think she is truly going to blossom once she hits her 2F this winter.
