Java is a favorite on the farm because of her easy going personality.  She is our go-to doe to take to events and teach others about dairy goats and how to milk.

Her first kidding she lost her kid and formed a strong bond with Ava, making the pair almost inseparable!  They still share a special connection despite Java going on to have several successful kiddings.  

2024 she finally had a retainable doeling, which we are excited to see kid in come spring 2025.

She is a high producing doe, but due to losing her first kid, developed a lopsided udder that while mostly corrected, is unfortunately still obvious.  She puts a lot of weight into milking, making it hard to get good pictures of her while she is milking.
